We will accept late entries until 5:00pm on Wednesday providing they do not affect seeding. Please e-mail Michael@sunsethillstennis.com with a USTA number and the age group you would like to play. I will contact you to confirm and to arrange payment of the tournament fee. Thanks!

No Friday evening play will be used, only Saturday and Sunday

All boys/girls 12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in lieu of a third set if the players split.

from Atlanta: (approximately 50 miles) travel i-20 west to exit 24 (hwy. 61)-at the traffic light turn left and go across the bridge onto hwy. 61 south. travel approximately 12 miles to the intersection of hwy. 61 & 166 by pass - turn left on the 166 by pass at the traffic light. (this is 166 west, past the movie theater, ford dealership, and longhorn steakhouse, not 166 east which you will pass first) travel approximately 6 miles on the 166 by pass till it dead ends into maple street – at the traffic light turn right onto maple street – travel approximately 1 mile on maple street – turn right onto club drive at the sunset hills country club sign. (across from the university of West Georgia). Continue traveling on club drive to the stop sign - turn right at the stop sign onto west club drive - the club house is on the left.

Most GPS will recognize Sunset Hills Country club Carrollton, Ga. 30117 if you enter the club. If not you can use the following address: Please use 341 W. Club Drive. Carrollton, Ga. 30117. This is a house across the street from the main clubhouse parking lot.

This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament identification number: 700015419 from the searchable schedule homepage.

The proceeds from the tournament will benefit the tennis teams of the Carrollton City School System.

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged. Southern and then Georgia rankings will be used for seeding.

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any other updates.

Format
Limit 32 draw. FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. T-shirts. Additional sites may be used. Awards to winner, finalist and consolation winner. All boys/girls 12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in lieu of a third set. This is in accordance with USTA Georgia regulations.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdrawal through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline. Note: the $3 TennisLink fee is non-refundable. If a player is unable to complete the first match due to weather, a refund of 1/2 entry fee will be given. (There are fees that must be paid such as T-shirts, balls, etc that must be paid before tournament starts) After the first match in completed, no refund will be given.

In the event of inclement weather and you do not play any matches in this tournament you are entitled to a 3/4 credit toward a future Sunset Hills Tournament. If a player would like a refund, you are entitled to a refund of your entry fee less $10.00. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to withdraw from the tournament for any reason before the tournament deadline please go back and edit your registration in the tennislink system, it's the same place you signed up on-line. This will ensure you receive a full refund of your entry fee. After the deadline passes you can e-mail the tournament director at Michael@sunsethillstennis.com There are no refunds given after the tournament entry deadline.
