MATCH CHECK IN
Players must check in with the site directors at their scheduled site at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled match time. Players must check in for EACH match at their site. Players are responsible for obtaining their own match times.

WITHDRAWING A PLAYER
Players who want to withdraw prior to the entry deadline can do so online at the tournament home page. Players who are withdrawing after the entry deadline must send an e-mail to the tournament director at mia@southlaketennis.com There are no refunds after the entry deadline.

ICE AND WATER
We do not have water jugs on the court. Players must bring a water jug with them. We have an ice machine and water dispenser on site.

10 & Under Regulation - Junior Other Tournaments
All junior other sanctioned tournaments offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green dot ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet). Please register for the correct division based upon age, Challenger tournament credit / wins, etc. All tournament entries are verified by the section office. No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 21, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
