Only Georgia State Chps (Level I) award higher ranking points.In addition, players receive Southern (STA) points. This NTRP/Open tournament allows you to accrue Georgia ranking/standing points that maximize your opportunity to play in the Georgia State NTRP Championships. All eligible Georgia players are encouraged to register for these tournaments. Sanctioned NTRP tournaments will now count toward s player’s “computer” rating at year-end (used for league play) and NTRP tournament-only players will generate a tournament exclusive (‘T’) rating after playing 3 or more tournament matches.
