Club Opens at 7 am on Saturday and Sunday
For those of you that have early matches we open at 7 am and all courts will be available for players to warm-up before their early start matches.

Practice Court Saturday
On Saturday I will try to keep court 5 open to be a warm-up/practice court for those that have later matches in the morning. This court will be a shared court and may not be available later in the afternoon if we start running behind on matches.

Doubles Deadline is 12 pm, Friday Nov 29th. No Late Entries.
Please be sure to email me at kjhay12@yahoo.com if you are playing doubles. I will need to receive a email from both players. Deadline is 12 pm on Friday Nov. 29th. Please know the Missouri Valley does not take late entries.

If you are traveling in from out of town Google Hotels in Fairview Heights Illinois
There are a lot of different Hotel options to choose from and they are about a 15 minute drive from the tennis facility. Plenty of food and beverage selections are available for dinning too.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 26, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
