This tournament is during the Rock and Roll Marathon. Savannah will experience roadblocks on Saturday. Please plan accordingly. Arriving late to your match is NOT an excuse. I have attached the road closures schedule so you may prepare. This is the 8th year and each year we have someone late because of it. Again it is not an excuse.
If you are staying in a hotel you do not stay downtown. Midtown will be a better selection.

If you are scheduled for the first match of the day you may use the courts to warm up. Other than that you will not be able to warm up at Bacon Park
You may use Lake Mayer to warm up. Those courts are first come first serve. 1850 E Montgomery Cross Rd.

Players will have lunch on Saturday between 11:30-12:30pm

If you are staying in a hotel do NOT stay downtown. The Rock N Roll marathon will take place this weekend. Midtown or Southside will be a better selection.

This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 3 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament identification number: 703489719 from the searchable schedule homepage.

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or new to Youth Progression will play on a 60’ court with orange balls and receive GA Level 4 points.

USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2 divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged. Southern and then Georgia rankings will be used for seeding.

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any other updates. Draw size will determine an event's starting date. Any match times found on the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial. Official match times only may be found on the posted drawsheets at the tournament sites. Players must check the posted drawsheets to get their match time and location.

Format
The draws are limited to 16, with a full FIC and 3/4 playoff in the main draw. On Sunday three FIC matches will be played. Selections will be made primarily by using Georgia Standings The scoring format for BG12-18 for main draw and FICs is 2 out of 3 sets with a 3rd set ten (10) point match tie-break. BG10s scoring for main draw & consolation will be short sets with a 3rd set seven (7) point "Match" tie-break. T-shirts.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds after the tournament deadline.

I will consider late entries until on a case by case. Late entries can NOT affect the seeding
