ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT
- This is a one day event that takes place on either Saturday or Sunday, normally runs about 2-3 hours for each player.
- Each player is guaranteed 3 (or more) matches of one set with no-Ad scoring, against 3 different opponents.
- Most match can be expect to be hold on Saturday only. However Sunday will also be reserved for any request from player or for club's court scheduling, therefore a player's availability for both Saturday and Sunday is required.

WITHDRAW
- Latest withdraw time: 11:59 pm on the Sunday before the tournament date.
- No refund will be given after this time.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 27, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
