BAINBRIDGE FALL JR CHPS - GA LEVEL 4

All matches will be played at the Bill Reynolds Tennis Center 1500 Cox Ave. Participants should show up a half hour before their scheduled match time. When checking in be sure to have your medical release form filled out.


Our facility will open at 7:00 am Saturday and Sunday for warm up.


Additional warm up courts can be found at 1301 Miluli Ave


There will be a players only lunch and bananas provided on Saturday.

Seeding will be released by Wednesday at 12:00.
Draws and start times will be released by Friday at 12:00.

This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or new to Youth Progression will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.

USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2 divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.

Youth Progression (for children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament, please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com) to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more information about Youth Progression, visit our webpage.

New for 2019
USTA Georgia is publishing two separate standing lists for 10 and under players: Orange Ball standings and Green Ball standings. Players will receive same level points for this tournament but will be listed in separate standing lists according to their ball color (green ball players no longer receive level 3 points on a level 4 or 5 tournament).

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged. Southern and then Georgia rankings will be used for seeding.

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any other updates.

Format
FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. Scoring format for BG12-18: 2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break. Scoring for BG10U will be 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7- point tie-break for the 3rd set (both Main and Consolation draws).

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Once the deadline expires there will be NO refunds. In case of inclement weather there will be NO refunds when each competitor has played at least one match. If not, a credit for one of our future tournaments will be given.
