TOURNAMENT FORMAT
This is a unique 2-day tournament open to BG14-18. Players from anywhere in the U.S. are welcome to participate.
MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED ON DECEMBER 27 AND 28.
When entries close, the 8 players in each division with the highest UTR rating as of December 23, 2019 will be selected to participate. (There will be an alternate list, in the event a player has to withdraw after entries close and before the tournament begins.)
No late entries will be accepted, unless a division has fewer than 8 players at the time entries close.
Draw format: Feed in consolation through the semi-finals.
Match format: ad scoring, best 2 of 3 sets with a 10 point tie-break for the 3rd set.
Conflicts: due to the tournament format, we will not be able to accommodate scheduling conflicts.
Tournament play will take place from 8 am to 8 pm each day. Courts will be open each morning for warm-up from 7:15-7:45 am, however warm-up courts will not be available once matches start at 8 am.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 23, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
