MATCH FORMAT

In order to accommodate everyone who registered for this weekend's tournament, consolation draw matches will feature "short sets" (sets to 4 games, instead of sets to 6 games). For all matches, players will have a 5 minute warm-up and use regular (ad) scoring.

MAIN draw matches: best 2 of 3 sets (to 6 games, 7 pt tiebreak at 6-6), with a 10 point tie-break for the 3rd set, if necessary.

CONSOLATION draw matches: best 2 of 3 sets (to 4 games, 7 pt tiebreak at 4-4), with a 7 point tie-break for the 3rd set, if necessary.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Although the final schedule will depend on the size of draws and the overall number of players, here is the general schedule for the tournament:
Friday, 5-10 pm
Saturday, 3-10 pm
Sunday, 4-9:30 pm

THIS TOURNAMENT IS INDOORS AT SUNSET TENNIS CENTER (10911 Gravois Industrial Ct, 63128, 314-849-2327)
We will be utilizing all available court time, and need your help in staying on schedule.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your match and check in at the tournament desk. When your match is called, be prepared to go directly to the court. (Fill your water jug, visit the restroom and get your court shoes on and tied BEFORE your match is called.)
After your match, both players should gather all three balls and immediately return to the tournament desk to report your scores.
