Due to the forecast for Sunday, all play has been moved INDOORS to Kings Point (7645 Magna Drive, Belleville, IL, 62223). There will be a fee of $7 per player per match for singles, and $4 per player per match for doubles due to this change.

UPDATE ON DOUBLES
Doubles: We are leaving the doubles draws open until Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Players may sign up for the doubles as a team at the tournament desk or by emailing the TD (dlipe@ecusd7.org) up until that deadline; events may be combined due to size. The doubles draws will be posted by 11 a.m. Saturday. Doubles matches will begin not before 4 p.m. Saturday The doubles will be played Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday afternoon. We cannot be responsible for finding partners.

PARKING NOTE!
The student parking lot at EHS has no access due
to construction. Tennis players and their families should use the second high
school entrance just East of the main entrance by Rosewood Assisted Living
Center. Then, proceed down that drive until it ends. Then, go left and park in
front of the track. We apologize for any hardship this may cause.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Schedule: Matches on Friday may start as early as 8 AM. Conflicts: If your child has a schedule conflict, please email the details PRIOR to the entry deadline, including whether your child will still participate in the tournament if we are not able to schedule around the conflict. Withdrawals: You may withdraw (on-line) for any reason prior to the entry deadline. After draws are made, you may only withdraw in the case of injury, illness or personal emergency. Depending on the reason, we will ask for supporting documentation. Refunds: Once draws are made (Tuesday at noon), no refunds will be
issued.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED MATCH TIME AND CHECK IN AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK. To keep the overall tournament on schedule, matches may go on early (depending on court availability and respecting rest periods between matches).

FUTURES QUALIFIER
Level 5 MV points. Closed for STL District residents. Winners will be endorsed to play in the MV Futures #3. If you have any questions, please contact Carobeth Kelly at juniors@ustastl.com.

SCORING FORMAT
Singles: Best of 3 tiebreak sets, with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. Doubles (when played): 8-game pro-set, with a 7-point tiebreak if the score reaches 8-all.

SPORTSMANSHIP
Please let us
know of any outstanding sportsmanship you witness during this
tournament. It could be something that happens on a neighboring court,
on your court, before or after your match. If someone does something
that impresses you, please send us an email or tell the site director.
Be sure to include the division, the player's name and what that person
did. Carobeth will be
collecting sportsmanship nominees from every junior tournament this year, and each month

winners will be drawn to receive a Racketman gift
card.
