PLAYERS PARTY FOR ADULTS, FROM 7:30 PM - 9 PM AT THE BACK PORCH IN GRAPEVINE ON MAIN STREET. GREAT LIVE MUSIC PLUS DRINS AND APPETIZERS.

Notes
The GrapeFest Tennis Classic is an event run in conjunction with
the City of Grapevine's GrapeFest. This two day event is open to
all levels of players. Players will receive a tournament shirt,
weekend admission into GrapeFest. There will also be a player's
party Saturday night for adults & a carnival of tennis for all
junior players on Friday. NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY REASON ONCE THE
DRAWS ARE MADE.

CHHS- Colleyville Heritage High School @ 5401 Heritage Ave,

SOUTH- Southlake Carroll Senior High School @ 1501 W
Southlake Blvd, Southlake
ADULT MATCHES - will be 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring,
with a 10 pt. tiebreaker used in lieu of a 3rd set. All consolation
will be 8 game pro-sets, regular scoring.
QUALIFIED JUNIORS - Must play up one Jr. division or play
adult levels 4.0 and above
JUNIOR MATCHES - will be an 8 game pro-set with a tiebreaker
at 7 all, NO-AD.
*Players may sign up for 1 singles and 1 doubles, but not 2 doubles
events.
The $4000 Challenge is a 2 day event. All matches are 2 out of 3
with a 10- point tiebreaker for the third set in both main and
consolation draws.
PRIZE MONEY IS EQUAL FOR BOTH THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S OPEN DOUBLES
EVENTS. LISTED BELOW IS THE BREAKDOWN PER TEAM.
CHAMPIONS - $1,000
FINALISTS - $600
3RD PLACE - $400
*PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER: Please note that participant's images
may be used in the City of Grapevine and TNT Tennis' publications,
websites, social media accounts and other media outlets. If you do
NOT want your image used, please contact the tournament director.
Non notification is considered waiving the rights of images of the
participant.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, September 12, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time.
