ELIGIBILITY RULES 2019 LEVEL 5 & 6 EVENTS
LEVEL 5 ELIGIBILITY A player ranked in the top 50 (18s-12s only) on the standings list at the entry deadline is not eligible for Level 5 play in that age division. They may choose to play in a Level 5 tournament in an older age division provided they are not ranked in the top 50 of that division.

Dress Code
The Tournament and all officials of this event would like to inform the players of our expectations of proper attire while competing in this tournament.GIRLS: No sports bras or compression shorts or pants are to be worn alone; midriff must be covered when arms are at rest, and spandex shorts must be covered by additional shorts or skirt. BOYS: No cut off t-shirts, or cut off shorts. Sleeveless tennis shirts may be worn. No reference to drugs, violence, alcohol, or foul language may be depicted on player attire.

PARENTS, COACHES, AND SPECTATORS
A
tournament tennis match is between the players on the court. No one else other than an official may go
onto the court or become involved in any way in the match.
** Any person associated with a player has an
obligation to encourage and maintain high standards of proper conduct, fair
play, and good sportsmanship. He/she
must avoid acts that may be considered detrimental to the game of tennis.
** No conversation is allowed between the
players on the court and anyone other than an official. Parents, coaches and
spectators may offer encouragement to their player, such as clapping or saying
"Good shot." Advice such as
"Move your feet", "Stay focused", or "Settle
down", or speaking to your player in any language other than English, may
be interpreted as coaching. The only

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, July 2, 2019 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
