Today is Bill Ozaki Day at the Southern 14's. We will have watermelon at 10:30 AM and a celebration at 2:00 PM for anyone wishing to celebrate with us.

We are back on schedule in Singles. We will be back to regular scoring Thursday. Thank you for working with us through the delays.

We are selling used balls for $20. If you are interested please come to the tournament desk. We accept cash and credit card.

Tuesday's match times for singles and doubles are posted. Girls doubles will not play on Tuesday. Please be sure to look at the times and locations.



Match Format: The Consolation 3rd Round Qualifier and Consolation 3rd Round will be short sets to 4, with a 7-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.

Warm up drills will be available on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 -7:50 AM. Cost will be $15 per player. Must have a minimum of 4 players for the drill to be held. Please text 479-439-4495 by 9PM then evening before the drill.

The non-seeded players will start singles Saturday morning, June 8th.
The seeded players will begin play Sunday June 9th.
Doubles play will begin Sunday June 9th.

Tentative Daily Schedule
Saturday :Main draw - 1 round
Sunday: Main draw - 1 round , Doubles 2 rounds (no consolation)
Monday : Main draw - 1 round; FIC 2 rounds; Doubles - 1 round
Tuesday - Saturday: Main draw - 1 round; FIC 2 rounds; Doubles - 1 round
Finals and 3/4 playoff for doubles are scheduled for Friday.
Finals and 3/4 playoff for main draw and consolation final are scheduled for Saturday.

As always, weather issues can necessitate a change in the above tentative schedule.

Main Draw - best of 3 tiebreak sets
Consolation - best of 2 tiebreak sets with match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set
Doubles: 8 game pro set with 7 point tiebreak at 8 all. Format for Finals AND 3/4 PLAYOFF will be best of 2 tiebreak sets with match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set.
There will be 3/4 playoff for singles and doubles.

Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline:
Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes.


Withdrawal After Entry Deadline:
Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is daltondeuce@aol.com. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are No refunds after selections are made.


Withdrawing during the tournament:
You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at the John Drew Smith Tennis Center. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will count as a "No Show." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE!


*** No refunds will be given after the entry deadline June 3rd.

A Stringer will be at John Drew Smith Tennis Center each day of the tournament.

We will use Wilson US Open balls for this tournament.
