MONDAY INDOOR ORDER
IF we have to move back indoors on Monday, the order that matches will go on is..... G14, B12, B14, B16, B18, G12, G18. If we move back indoors, we will adjust the times online. Right now, all times are for outdoors.

WEATHER and WARMUP UPDATES MON AM
We will go with indoor rain plan this morning. G14 still at 10 AM. B12, B14, B16 clear courts at 10:50 and begin play by 11 AM. B18, G12, G18 Not before 12. All other players should arrive and be ready to play by 12:00. ALL PLAYERS can warmup between 9-11 AM inside. After the 11 AM matches, any first matches of day will have a 10 minute warmup if indoors. 2nd matches will be 5 minute warmups.

INDOOR ORDER MONDAY AM and Directions
IF PLAY IS INDOOR (it will be updated here on website at 8 AM), order of play will be the G14 match at 10 followed by boys 12, 14, 16 all at 11 AM. B18 and girls draws will follow on first open courts.
Directions: Indoor and outdoor courts are right across the street from 1127 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg VA 22401. There is plenty of parking on the street by tennis center AND the tennis center parking lot.

DRAW UPDATE FOR DRAWS WITH 5 to 8 PLAYERS
USTA wanted the two draws that currently have 6 players to Feed In through SEMIS so that all players had a chance to finish as high as 3rd. This will mean the consolation will finish on Tuesday.

DRAWS
It was decided that draws of 3 or 4 would be completed in one day. Draws of 4 will not be round robin. Any draw with more than 4 players could have matches into day 2.

OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT w Indoor Backup
This tournament is scheduled for outdoors but we have 6 indoor courts as backup.

TIME OF PLAY
Matches will not begin before 10 AM to allow people to travel the day of. With playing a max of two matches, we should be done at reasonable hour every day.

DRAW SIZES
The draws are compass, but we must have at least 3 players in an age group in order for it to take place. With 3 or more players, everyone will be guaranteed 2 matches and with a full draw of 8, you should get 3 matches. The plan right now is to play 2 matches on MONDAY and 1 match on TUESDAY.

REFUND POLICY:
Once player selections have been made and the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason.
|
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, July 18, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
