This event will consist of a 32 singles draw and a 16 doubles draw per division.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AUTOMATIC ENTRY
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. All
SINGLES finalists and SINGLES champions of the October
National Level 2 will automatically qualify for the same age
division of The National Winter Championships. Players must still register for
The National Championships in order to be considered for the event. NOTE: These
players must still register for the tournament. To read more about the National

DOUBLES INFO & DEADLINE
*The doubles deadline is Thursday, Oct. 3 @ 5pm. If you have a partner and/or would like for us to pair you with someone, please email Adam Baron at ABaron@YellowTennisBall.com
(make sure to get a confirmation email). Doubles event consists of a
single-elimination draw (8-game Pro-Set with no-ad scoring, 7-point Tiebreak at 8-8). There will be a 3/4 Playoff in doubles.
IMPORTANT: ALL doubles will take place BEFORE
singles matches on Days 1 & 2. Make sure to double-check your start times and
site abbreviations and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. In addition, a player can only play doubles in the
same division as they are playing singles.

MATCH SITES: MULTIPLE BEING USED
Divisions will be held at multiple facilities. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE SITE THAT YOU COMPETE AT (check the initials on the draws) & check in 20 minutes before your match time. All players will need to fill out paperwork (distributed when they check-in) and a medical form before they can play their matches.

WEATHER - MATCH TIMES CHANGED: WHAT TO DO
For updated weather details and/or possible match delays, please check the TennisLink website instead of calling. Updates will be listed on the bottom of the page under the Important Info. tab. DO NOT check the times listed on the draws, as those times will only be changed in the evening (if applicable), not during the day.

PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO PLAY ON SATURDAY
All players must fill out a Player Contact form and Medical Release before playing their first match. Click 'more info' to view the two documents; please do not email or fax it to our office pre-event. We will have blank copies at each site or feel free to bring it with you when you check in.

ALTERNATE INFO.
Once the draws are posted, the next available alternate will be placed in any opening, be it a position occupied by a seed or non-seed. Prior to the posting of the draws, when we have withdrawals of seeds, we will move up the next seed accordingly.
If you would like to be an on-site alternate, you MUST check in with the Site Director on Saturday by the following times...Reminder, if any on-site alternates' ranking affects the seedings, they will not be allowed to compete in the event (USTA rule).

ATHLETIC TRAINING SERVICES
Athletic training services
will be available throughout the week, based at Delray Beach Tennis Center and
Boca West Country Club. If you need their assistance, please go to those
facilities to make arrangements. If you have specific treatment needs or
any questions related to sports medicine that you would like to address prior
to or during the tournament, please feel free to contact the head trainer,

No refunds will be distributed after the Player Selection.

The event uses multiple site locations all within 35 minutes of Ft. Lauderdale and W. Palm Beach Airport...
The event has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms for
event participants. Please make all reservations as soon as possible.
NOTE: All hotels are approximately 5 – 20 minutes from tournament sites.

HYDRATION
Please continue to hydrate throughout the day/evening as it is very humid...In addition, we suggest to have a cooler filled with ice water and a towel to squeeze on your neck t/o the day and during your match. Good luck.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 19, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
