We are excited to announce that Game Smart Tennis will be official videographer of the tournament.All matches will be recorded and available for purchase.
Game Smart Tennis will be offering the following services:
* MATCH VIDEO: Recording of the entire match. First match $40.00 and every next $30.00.* CONDENSED VIDEO: Don't waste time watching players picking up the balls. In average a two-hour match compresses to 20 min of video. Price per match: $70.00.* INTERACTIVE ANALYTICS: Get match statistics and use them to watch points of interest. Features include sharing, creating a playlist and writing comments. Mobile app available. Price per match starts at $130.00.

Communication - All requests must be done in writing via email or text message to the TD and Referee.

Late Entries - The tournament will not accept entries past the deadline. No exceptions

Please make sure to select a partner when registering for doubles events. Players without partners will have until Wednesday, November 21 to select a partner and inform the TD via email. A random draw will determine partnerships for those without partners.

Match Format - BG 18/16/14 Divisions - Main Draw Singles, 3rd/4th Place Playoff: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets


Match Format - BG 12 Divisions - Singles Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of 3rd Set


Match Format - BG All Divisions - Doubles Matches: 8-game Pro Set


All divisions are SINGLE ELIMINATION


Maximum Singles Draw Size - 32 players
Maximum Doubles Draw Size - Open

Schedule Conflicts - We will do our best to accommodate all schedule requests. However, due to the size of the tournament and most players participating in two events, we can't guarantee that your request will be granted. If we can't accommodate your request, we will process the withdraw before draws are posted and issue a full refund.


Draws - All draws will be posted on or before November 28, 2018


Balls - The tournament will use Wilson US Open Extra Duty


Facility Rules - Chamisal is a private tennis and fitness club. The club has a full restaurant on site and does not allow outside food to be consumed inside the clubhouse or restaurant area. We have water and ice available to all players at no cost.
CHAMISAL DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS ON PROPERTY. SERVICE DOGS ARE WELCOME WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION.


Warm-up Courts - We will not offer warm-up courts on site. The closest option is Hartnell College at 411 Central Avenue, Salinas

Refreshments - We will offer fruit and snacks for all players throughout the tournament
