Deadline and Time Availabilty

Please enter using the TennisLink on-line system before Monday 7/12 midnight. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO ENTER IN CASE THE TENNIS LINK SYSTEM IS UNAVAILABLE. Draws will be made 7/13 as soon after 8:00 am as possible. First Match time will be available on the web or by calling 317-259-5377 or 317-253-4526 on Wednesday 7/14 after 10:00 am. Players must be available by 8:00 am each day. Please DO NOT ENTER, if you have restrictions.

Doubles entry and play! DOUBLES-ONLY Fee $15/EVENT

Doubles players MUST Confirm entry, division and partner at the tournament if entered on the web. Or Players may sign up before 11:00 a.m. on Friday 7/16. Players must sign up with a partner or write the word "ASSIGN" next to their name on the sign up sheet at the tournament site. A partner will be assigned only if the word "ASSIGNED" is on the tournament doubles sign up sheet, if a partner is available. If you are assigned a partner you MUST play with that partner so that players are not left out.

Number of events/matches/day!

Players may sign up for 1 singles, 1 doubles, and 1 mixed doubles event only! **Singles will be played 1st, followed by doubles, followed by mixed doubles. **If you play 3 events you may be required to play 2 matches in each event per day. That's 6 matches per day possible (especially Saturday and Sunday!!!!!!) **Doubles events will use NO-AD SCORING with a MATCH TIEBREAK instead of a third set.

Mixed doubles deadline is 1:30 p.m. Friday 7/16 at the Main tournament site.
