REMINDERS
This is a Level 4 Intermountain Tournament. ALL MAIN DRAW 2018 SPRING MASTERS SINGLES MATCHES WILL BE BEST OF 3 TIE-BREAK SETS, REGULAR SCORING, WITH A FULL THIRD SET PLAYED IN CASE OF A SPLIT. ALL CONSOLATION SINGLES MATCHES WILL BE BEST OF THREE SETS, REGULAR SCORING, WITH A 10 POINT MATCH TIEBREAKER PLAYED IN LIEU OF THE THIRD SET. ALL DOUBLES MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED USING AN 8 GAME PRO SET FORMAT WITH REGULAR SCORING AND A 7 POINT TIE BREAKER AT 8 GAMES ALL. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PLAY BOTH SINGLES AND DOUBLES. However, if you want to play doubles, YOU MUST REGISTER IN THE SAME AGE GROUP AS THE SINGLES DIVISION YOU ARE COMPETING IN. If any one division has more than 64 players applying, acceptance will be based on the most recent ITA standings for that particular division's draw. The top 64 players APPLYING will be accepted. Players registering online and receiving a confirmation number are NOT guaranteed acceptance--this is only confirmation that registration was performed correctly. Doubles play will begin as early as 3 p.m. on Friday, March 30. Singles play will begin as early as 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 31. DUE TO THE SIZE OF THIS EVENT AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE COMPETING IN THE TOURNAMENT FROM OUT OF STATE, NO TIME AVOIDANCES ARE AVAILABLE. With respect to return flights, please make your travel arrangements so that players will be able to complete all their rounds of play. All tournament play will be completed by late afternoon on Tuesday, April 3. ALL SINGLES CONSOLATION FINALS WILL BE PLAYED!! If you have problems registering online, please contact TennisLink at linkteam@usta.com. Computer problems are NOT an excuse for registering late.

Lone Mountain Regional Park
There are two Lone Mountain Parks. The Lone Mountain Park we're using for the tournament is a 6 court facility located at 9825 W. Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas, 89129. This park is located just east of the 215 on the south side of Lone Mountain. The park we're NOT using is Lone Mountain Discovery Park, which is a two court facility located at Craig and Jensen. SEEDING POLICY
Seeding for all of the Intermountain Tournaments (Intermountain Masters Series and Intermountain Championships) will be taken straight off of the current ITA Standing’s Lists, except if there is an exceptional player playing/aging up. An exceptional player is a player listed as top 100 in the lower age division based on the most current national standings list. This exceptional player will be considered for seeding. If this player or multiple players that meet this criteria do get seeded, they will take the last seeds in the seeding group (exceptional players cannot make up more than 25% of the seeds within a draw). DOUBLES SEEDS will be taken directly from the current ITA Individual Doubles Standings Lists. Consideration for seeding will be given for exceptional doubles teams, which are teams comprised of players who are ranked in the top 100 of the Combined National Standings in the lower age group.

Withdraws and Refund Policy
Consistent with "Friend At Court" USTA Regulation 1.H-8, if a player is going to withdraw from the ITA Spring Masters, a player or a player's parent must notify me via email by FRIDAY, MARCH 16 in order to get an entry fee refund. The email must include the division the player is competing in, who to make the refund check payable to, the reason for the withdraw, and where to send the check. Thank you for your cooperation.
