Withdrawals or Changes AFTER the Deadline
All withdrawals after the registration deadline must be made via email to the tournament director (stephen.poulos@townofcary.org). Per USTA North Carolina Policy, no refunds will be given after the deadline for any reason.

Balls and Scoring Methods
10s - Orange Ball - Two out of three sets to 4 games, with ads, 7pt tiebreakers at 4-4 and in lieu of the third set 12s - Green Ball - Two out of three sets to 6 games, with ads, 7pt tiebreaker at 6-6,10pt tiebreaker in lieu of the third set 14s-18s - Yellow Ball - Two out of three sets to 6 games, with ads, 7pt tiebreaker at 6-6,10pt tiebreaker in lieu of the third set

Draw Size
Each draw will be limited
to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff
match.

Start Time
Play
will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this tournament. Play will begin no earlier than 8am.

Selection Process
Players will be selected based on the most recent published
NC standing list. Effective 1/2018, Level 4 (NC L4) for age groups 14U-18U (L4
12U players must have established tournament standing):
Player must have one of the following:
-Some NC/other state standing
-A verifiable player record, i.e. JTT, High School, Middle School, other
district/sectional rank
The names of players who have been selected will appear as
"Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made.
Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate.

L5 Eligibility Information BG 12s-18s
Players will be selected based on the
most recent end of month's published NC standing list. Players cannot have standing in the top 100 in their respective age
division. The names of players who have been
selected will appear as “Competitors” after the tournament deadline when

Definition of “Waterfall” method of creating draws;
this option
is for Level 3 & L5 tournaments that are not near a competing Level 4 tournament,
and are at facilities that have the courts, with prior approval of NCTA office. Players will earn standing points for
the event level they play; In order of standings, Waterfall Draws:
Two balanced draws:
Red Draw; 1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,24,25,28,29,32.
White Draw;2,3,6,7,10,11,14,15,18,19,22,23,26,27,30,31.

No refunds will be given after entries close.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 5, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
