SUNDAY, JULY 22 at 6:38 a.m. It is currently raining at Schwartz Tennis Center. We have made adjustments to the start times for some 8 a.m. matches. Please see the new Future Match Info for your times, posted at 6:37 a.m. today. At this time, we are hoping to be outdoors for matches scheduled at 9 a.m. and later. All matches should report at the time listed on Future Match Info. Updates will be made as weather dictates. Indoor warm-up courts will be available from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. today.

No matches will start prior to 8 a.m. on Sunday, July 22. Some W win or L loss times will also be available on Future Match Info. WARM UP COURTS
Sunday, July 22: Warm-up courts will be available at Schwartz Tennis Center prior to 8:00 a.m. today. At this time, no courts will be designated for warm-up after the start of matches, but this may change due to court availability or if match times allow for additional courts to be open for warm-up. Multiple player warm-up may be required and we reserve the right to limit warm-up courts to tournament players only.
Other sites are available for warm-up.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION:
Schwartz Tennis Center is only accessible from Cherry Lane/McCormick Road intersection. Please drive around the ROAD CLOSED barriers on McCormick Road and continue to the first driveway on your right. Stadium Avenue is closed and McCormick Road to the tennis center is not accessible from the south.

TOURNAMENT SITES
All matches will be played at Schwartz Tennis Center, located at 1324 McCormick Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906 Schwartz Tennis Center will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Friday night, July 20. (please see WARM-UP COURTS for additional information.
Cumberland Elementary School courts may be used on Saturday & Sunday, depending on weather.

ORDER OF PLAY
Saturday, July 21: Play will begin with the rounds of 32 & 16 in doubles followed by the rounds of 64 & 32 in Main singles and one feed-in consolation round. (May be adjusted due to inclement weather) Sunday, July 22: Play will begin with the Quarterfinal and Semi-Final rounds of Doubles, followed by round of 16 & Quarterfinal round in Main singles and 3 Feed-in Consolation rounds. (may be adjusted due to inclement weather) Monday, July 23: Play will begin with Finals of Doubles, followed by Semi-Final and Final rounds of Main Singles, remaining rounds of Feed-in Consolation Singles, stopping at the finals, and 2 rounds of Modified Feed-In Quarterfinal losers, 2 rounds to completion. (may be adjusted due to inclement weather)

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Both the Main and Consolation Singles Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 Main draw played to completion.. Modified Feed-in Draw: Round of 64,32,16 losers will feed-in to one consolation draw and play through the semi-finals, the finals will not be played. A second consolation draw will be created from the Quarterfinal losers and will be played to completion. Doubles will be a 32 Single Elimination draw.

COACHING:
No coaching
of tournament players will be allowed during their 1st or 2nd
sets or during the match tiebreak. There
will also be no coaching during any restroom breaks.
Coaching is
allowed prior to the players entering the court for their match and during the
3-minute break between the 2nd set and match tiebreak.

POINTS PER ROUND

DOUBLES IS NOW CLOSED. NO MORE ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN FOR DOUBLES UNLESS IN CASE OF AN ALTERNATE BEING ADDED INTO A CURRENTLY FILLED DOUBLES POSITION.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 -44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 20 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR 2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List If you have questions regarding player selection and/or seeding, please contact the USTA/Midwest Section office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com.
