If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts are available Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday morning and Sunday morning for $20 per court hour. All courts will need to be reserved with a credit card. Please call the club at 419-873-6123 for court availability.

TOURNAMENT HOTELS
Our host hotel for this tournament is the Country Inn and Suites in Rossford, Ohio. this hotel is located 5 minutes from Perrysburg Tennis Center. Our tournament room rate is $99 per night which includes a complimentary breakfast each morning. Each room has 2 Queen sized beds in it. Call the hotel directly at 419-872-9900. Located at 9790 Clark Drive in Rossford.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will only
use the most recent Midwest Standings List for player selection and seeding. If you have questions regarding player selection and/or seeding, please contact the USTA/Midwest Section office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com.

POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
The Singles Main & Consolation Draws will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 16 Compass draw.

ORDER OF PLAY
All players will play 2 matches on Saturday and 2 matches on Sunday with a full 16 player draw. 1st Round Matches for girls will be at 1:30pm Saturday followed by the boys at 2:45pm. Sunday matches will start for the girls at 8:00am followed by the boys at 9:15am.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 12, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
