Florida Residency Requirements
Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament or contact the USTA Florida office; brown@ustaflorida.com

Court Surface for Divisions
Boy's 12s will play on Clay and Boy's 18s will play on Hard courts.

Tournament Format
The tournament will be a 64 player draw and be FIC through the Round of 16. There is not a doubles tournament for this event because all draws are 64 players with Feed-in Cons through the round of 16. Draws will be posted Wednesday, January 10th at 3:00pm.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 31, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
