CITA MIDWEST QUALIFIER

Due to participation in the Girls' Indiana State individual Championships on Friday and Saturday 6/11-12, the Girls 16 and Girls 18 qualifier will start on Saturday 6/12/2004. Schedule may be subject to change from the published schedule, but CITA Qualifier staff will attempt to contact any individual whose schedule will need to be changed ASAP after that determination is made. This Phone # is the primary way to contact you for changes if needed by ANY tournament you might enter and a wrong # or no phone # may result in the tournament being unble to contact you or your family in an emergency or for schedule change information. B 16, 18, BG14,12 DOUBLES must sign up for doubles, or they must CONFIRM internet doubles sign up WITH a spcific partner by 12 noon Friday to be included in the doubles draw. Players without a partner may ask to be assigned a partner, but must play if one is available. Doubles play in these divisions begin Friday after singles and not sooner than 1:00 p.m. Girls 16s and 18s doubles deadline is Saturday 1:00 pm. Doubles play in G16 and G18 begins Saturday after singles and no sooner than 4:30 pm.

All Players must wear appropriate tennis attire! No shirts or hats with references to drugs, alcohol, tobacco products or sexual or bodily functions. No cut off or torn shirt sleeves and/or shorts are allowed. No rolled down waistbands are allowed. The bottom of the shirt or top must meet the top of the shorts or skirt when arms are at rest throughout the entire match. Girls - No spaghetti strap tops or tube tops. Boys - No tank tops.
