Here's an overview of the scheduling. We have two draws that will start playing on Friday--the M 4.0 Singles and the M 4.5 Singles. We'll be playing Friday evening and all day Saturday at two sites--Lebanon Trail High School and Lakes Tennis Academy--so be sure to check your draw for your site and match time.

Warm-up courts will be available at the playing sites before play begins each day and there also are tons of warm-up courts at the Frisco High Schools (just Google that!). Please bring ice and water to your matches and check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You may bring food and drink to all sites, so perhaps you want to bring a little picnic and lots of snacks!

Lakes Tennis Academy (site abbreviation LAKES on the draws) has 12 outdoor lighted courts, locker rooms, and a terrific boutique. Water is available on the courts, but it's always a good idea to bring your water jug. Snacks and drinks are available for sale in the boutique. Lebanon Trail High School (site abbreviation on the draws LTHS) is located at 5151 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX 75035. Please check in ready to play at least 15 minutes before each match--and of course please bring plenty of ice and water. We'll have bottled water available 2 for $1 just in case your forget to bring water. There are 8 lighted courts at Lebanon Trail High School. The courts are not locked, so they'll be open for warm-ups Friday before 6:30 PM and Saturday before 8 AM--once the matches start there will be no warm-up courts available at LTHS.

Open divisions--Men's and Women's singles, Men's and Women's doubles, and Mixed doubles--will play 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring (with ad), with a full third set. Open divisions are "open" to all adults and also any junior players--there are no age restrictions. NTRP Levels divisions--2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 singles, doubles, and mixed--will play 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring (with ad), with a 10 point Coman match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. No juniors are allowed to play NTRP levels divisions. 3 new Wilson Ultra balls will be given for each match.

We are so very excited to be hosting this tournament at Lakes Tennis Academy and we're going to do everything we can to make it a fun experience for you! One important thing to note is that we are not planning to start any matches before 6:00 PM on Friday--so you can still get in a day's work if you'd like to. You can play doubles only, singles only, or you can play BOTH singles and doubles. The entry fee is $38 per person for singles and $38 per person for doubles. There is "First Match Losers Consolation" in all divisions, so you will play at least two matches in each division you enter. If this is your first USTA Texas sanctioned tournament and you have been or are a USTA Texas League player, you can submit a simple form and your entry fee will be reimbursed by the USTA Texas Section--see below for details.

The USTA Texas Section will reimburse your entry fee if you 1) Meet the criteria in the attached link and 2) Send in the form to the USTA Texas Section.
