Tennis Analytics will be filming all matches at this year’s Icy Hot Southern Level 2 Championships BG 16 & 18's. Your tagged match footage, along with a detailed match stats report, is available for a nominal fee. Tagged match footage allows you to search, filter and view specific moments in any match from any web-enabled device. Match video along with a detailed statistical report is posted to your own personal online collection, which you can share with your personal coach, family or friends. • Main Draw singles will play the best of 3 sets.
• Consolation singles will play two sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
• Doubles will play an 6-game pro-set with a 7-point match tiebreak played at 6-all.

A modified Curtis Consolation draw format will be used in singles events.
Losers of the first 2 rounds feed into the main consolation draw.
Losers of the Round of 16 and Quarterfinals feed into a separate Round of 16-Quarterfinal Losers consolation draw.
Both consolation draws will end with the semi-finals.

The following policy will be implemented: When players are scheduled to play 2 singles matches in one day, and the first match is 'Best of 3 sets' format, they will be offered a rest period of at least 2 hours. If both matches are tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set, they will be offered a rest period equal to the length of their first match, with a maximum of 2 hours, This rest period guideline does not apply to doubles.
Note: Players must contact the referee immediately after their match if the next scheduled match time must be delayed to allow sufficient rest.
***** Players will be expected to report on time for their next match if they do not request an extension from the referee at the conclusion of their first match.

· In matches playing a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set there will be a 3-minute coaching break between the end of the second set and the match-deciding tiebreak.
· This 3-minute break is treated the same as the 2-minute set break between first and second sets, except that players may receive coaching on the court.
· Players may not leave the court. unless requesting a toilet break. The toilet break will be taken after the 3-minute coaching break. No coaching is allowed during the toilet break for either player.
