The deadline for final
decisions has been extended to Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 5 PM
EST (17:00).
Most likely, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY PLAY WILL BEIGN AT 8AM WITH 1
ROUND OF DOUBLES. DOUBLES WILL BE 6 GAME PRO SET, NO AD SCORING.
SINGLES WILL FOLLOW AFTER 30 MIN REST PER FRIEND AT COURT, USTA
REGULATIONS.
WARM UP COURTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
FROM 7AM SATURDAY.

Medical Release Form
All players MUST turn in a medical waiver prior to their first
match signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to play in this
event. Please print off and complete the USTA Medical Release Form
prior to arrival at

Player Check In
We will have an early check in and player party on Friday May 5th
from 5-8pm . This check in is encouraged but not mandatory. Please
bring your Medical Release Form when you check in. If you opt not
to do the early check in please arrive 30 minutes prior to your
first match time to complete the check in process .
Match Balls - ProPenn Marathon will be used, these are
available for sale in the pro shop prior to the tournament.

On Site Alternates
If you want to be an onsite alternate please check in at least 15
minutes before the first match starts. If a spot becomes available
players will be selected using the original alternate list not by
the order in which players check in.
DRAW FORMAT
- The singles draw shall have 32 players; the doubles draw shall
have 16 teams.
- The singles draw have a Feed-In Consolation (FIC) that feeds
players in through the Round of 16. The FIC shall be played to
completion. The FIC shall be considered part of the tournament and
participation is mandatory for all singles players. There will be a
play off for 5/6 for the quarter final losers, but no 7/8
match.
- The main draw singles draw shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th
place.
Match Format
All main draw singles matches will be the best of 3 Tie Break
Sets.
All consolation singles will be the best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a
10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
All doubles matches will be a 6 Game Pro Set with a 7-Point
Tiebreak at 6 games all. No Ad Scoring in doubles.
There is no 3/4 play off in doubles
