Practice Courts
To Book a practice court on Friday afternoon please call 336-373-5886. We will open on Saturday at 630am for warm-up. Players may have to share a court (4 players/court). We have 32 players in tournament so everyone should be able to warm-up.

Tournament Site
Tournament will be held on 8 indoor hard courts at Simkins Indoor Tennis Pavilion at Barber Park (1500 Dan's Road, Greensboro, NC 27401).

Draw Formats and Match Scoring Formats
Singles Draw Format: Feed-m Consolation through Quarterfinals (FIC-QF); Main draw = Best-of-three Tie-break sets; Consolation = Best-of-three sets with 10-point Tie-breaker in lieu of third set. DOUBLES = 8-game pro-set (with 7-point TB at 8-games all), single elimination (SE). Consolation is mandatory. Consolation will be played to completion.

Doubles Information
If you have a partner, please register with them, so let the tournament know who you wish to play with. If you do not have a partner, please let the tournament know you wish to play and we will make every effort to pair you with another player. Precedence is given to teams with two main-draw players but main-draw and alternates can pair if desired. Doubles draw will be done and posted by Friday afternoon, January 19, 2018. Doubles play will be scheduled after the singles matches Saturday, Sunday and Monday (possible finish on Sunday).

Registration/Check-in Procedure
Registration will be Friday, January 19, from 300PM - 600PM at Barber Park Indoor Tennis Center, 1500 Dan's Road. If you are unable to attend, please let the Tournament Director know (mark@greensborotennis.com). A signed copy of the USTA Release and USTA Waiver forms must be brought to registration. If you wish to be an on-site alternate please notify the TD.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, December 28, 2017 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
