Good Afternoon Everyone!!!

First Round Match Times for Singles and Doubles are Posted. Please look at the Future Match Info Report at the top of this page. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO YOUR MATCH SITE FOR SATURDAY. We are using 4 sites on Saturday. Our basic site allocation for Saturday is as follows:

B18 -- Brainerd Tennis Center and Champions Club
B16 -- McCallie and GPS

G18 -- Champions Club
G16 -- Champions Club

Note: These are for Saturday Only and are weather permitting.

All Competitor's are required to submit a completed Release and Waiver prior to the beginning of play. Please access this Release by click "more Info". You may print, complete and email to the TD (evoges@mccallie.org) or bring the completed waiver with you to check in. more info

Tournament Registration will be available Friday Evening at The Champions Club from 4:00-7:00PM. It will be a good opportunity to familiarize yourself with the facility, speak with Tournament Staff about logistics of our alternate sites for the weekend, and get important tournament information. If you are not able to register Friday evening, you WILL be able to register for the Tournament at your Match Site Saturday Morning. Please allow some extra time Saturday Morning for this process especially if you are not familiar with the sites and Chattanooga.


Match Play will begin at 8:00AM Saturday Morning. Our weather forecast for Saturday will determine whether or not we start with Singles or Doubles play.

Please see the attached link for match site information. We have a lot of tennis to play on Saturday so we will be using multiple sites. It is an outdoor, hard court tournament, but we do have some indoor backup in the event of inclement weather. Weather permitting, we will be able to consolidate sites for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Girls Preparatory School Tennis Center – GPS on Draw: (8 Outdoor Courts / 4 Indoor Courts) 600 River Street Chattanooga, TN 37405 (note: the address for GPS is 205 Island Ave. The Tennis Courts are NOT accessible from this address. The Tennis Center is located at the bottom of campus adjacent to the track and soccer complex. It is accessed off River St.)

CC will be open til 8 PM on Friday, Each morning of the tournament it will be open at 6:30 AM. GPS will not be available to practice on Friday, it will open Saturday and Sunday at 7 AM. Brainerd is open all day Friday and will be open by 7 am on Saturday. McCallie is open after 3 PM Friday and will be open at 6:30 Saturday morning.

From Knoxville: Take I-75 South to Highway 153/Chickamauga Dam/airport exit. Go 9 miles to Hixson Pike South (just past Northgate Mall), then 3 miles to Lupton Drive. Turn left onto Lupton Drive, then right after 0.3 mile into Rivermont Park. Keep bearing left, following Champions Club signs.
From Atlanta: I-75 North to Highway 153/Chickamauga Dam/airport exit. Go 9 miles to Hixson Pike South (just past Northgate Mall), then 3 miles to Lupton Drive. Turn left onto Lupton Drive, then right after 0.3 mile into Rivermont Park. Keep bearing left, following Champions Club signs.
From Nashville: I-24 East to Downtown Chattanooga, then exit on Fourth Street. Go to top of hill, take left across Veterans Bridge (Georgia Avenue). Proceed on Barton Avenue for 1.4 miles, merging into Hixson Pike at wide left turn. Go 3.2 miles, turn right onto Lupton Drive. Go 0.3 mile into Rivermont Park entrance. Keep bearing left, following Champions Club signs.

Main Draw Singles (B/G 16's and 18's): Best of 2 Tie-Break Sets regular scoring, with a 10 point match tie-break
Consolation Singles (B/G 16's and 18's): Best of 2 Tie-Break Sets regular scoring, with a 10 point match tie-break
Doubles (B/G 16's and 18's): 6 Game Set, no-ad scoring. Set Tie-break at 6-6.

Thursday June 28: First Match Times Available by 3:00PM
Friday June 29: Player Registration 4:00-7:00PM at The Champions Club

All finalists and champions of the July National Level 2 will automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Championships. Players must still register for the National Championships in order to be considered for the event. More info attached. more info

We will have a Stringer on-site at The Champions Club throughout the tournament.

We will have a certified athletic trainer on-site at The Champions Club throughout the Tournament. They will be available 30 minutes before the first scheduled match. If you are playing at an alternate site Saturday and need to see the trainer, please make plans to come to Champions Club before/after your match. The trainer will only travel to alternate sites in the event of an emergency.
