This prestigious event consisting of over 440 of the top-ranked Boys 18s & 16s in the United States, is organized by Players’ International Management, the same staff that organizes the Delray Beach Open, the only combined 10-day ATP World Tour Event and ATP Champions Tour Event in the world. DOUBLES 1st round matches will take place on Day 1, 2nd rd matches take place on Day 2. We will always post the next day's doubles times/locations the evening prior (once the day's matches are complete). This allows us to schedule more efficiently. Doubles matches will take place daily not before Noon...

DOUBLES DEADLINE IS MONDAY JULY 9, 2018 (5pm). All singles players may play doubles. If you know your doubles team, please e-mail the team/division to Adam Baron at abaron@YellowTennisBall.com by July 9. Important: make sure we reply back to you to confirm receipt of the e-mail. If we do not hear from you before then, we will NOT place you in the doubles draw. If you do not have a partner, and would like to be paired with another player, please email abaron@YellowTennisBall.com (make sure you receive an email confirmation)– we will do our best to pair you with another player (with a similar ranking).

All on-site singles alternates need to check-in by 7:45am on Day 1 & Day 2 and be ready to play. They must also have transportation to immediately go to another site, if required. The USTA regulation states that the sign-in closes 15 minutes prior to the first match of the day for that event. Only the players that have 1st round byes may potentially be replaced by an on-site alternate on Day 2.
Doubles on-site alternates:
The first B18 doubles match on Day 2 is at 3:00pm, so the sign-in at Delray Beach Tennis Center (DB) closes at 2:45pm.

The first B16 doubles match on Day 2 is at 3:30pm, so the sign-in at Boca West (BW) closes at 3:15pm.

*Replacing a Singles Main Draw Player Before Draw is Made (Wednesday prior to the event): The tournament committee shall replace a player who was accepted as part of a Section’s quota with the next player on the Section’s endorsement list. The tournament committee shall replace a player who was NOT accepted per the above, with the next highest remaining alternate (National Standings List).

*Replacing of Singles Main Draw Player After Draw is Made, but Before the Completion of the 1st Round: The tournament committee shall replace a player after the draw is made, but before the completion of the 1st round with the highest listed remaining alternate…No players are replaced in the draw after the completion of the 1st round. For example, a player who wins their 1st round, but cannot play their 2nd round due to injury, will NOT replaced with an alternate.

General Information on When On-Site Alternates may be Admitted in Draws
• Alternates may be admitted into the singles and doubles main draws to replace withdrawing players/teams until the completion of the first round of play so long as doing so will not invalidate the seedings. However,
* A substitution may be made for a player or team who has reached the second round by virtue of a bye.
* A substitution may be made for a player who is injured during the warm-up of the player’s first-round match or a second-round match that the player has reached by virtue of a bye.
Information on Alternate Lists and How They Work
• The order of the alternates is based on the original Alternate List published by the tournament, not a more recent National Standings List, and not in the order in which alternates sign in.

On-Site Sign-In Information, Locations and Player Ordering
• On each day in which alternates may be accepted into a draw, any alternate desiring admittance MUST sign in and be ready for play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate until they have been released because all matches for the day have begun (please arrive by 7:40am).
*Shortly after the daily on-site alternate sign-in closes, the eligible players will be placed in their respective order
*On-Site Alternate Sign-in for the B18 Division will take place at the Delray Beach Tennis Center, 201 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach
*On-Site Alternate Sign-in for the B16 Division will take place at the Boca West Country Club – Tennis Clubhouse, 20583 Boca West Dr., Boca Raton


Information for Players After They’ve Signed In
• On-Site Alternates must remain on-site at their designated location, be accessible and be ready for play.
• On-Site Alternates must have transportation available to immediately go to an alternative tournament site, if required. Three sites are used for first round singles and doubles matches for each age group.
