* Doubles (all divisions): 6-game set with 7-point tiebreak at 6-games all; no-ad scoring * Singles consolations (all divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets w/ 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set * Main draw (14's, 16's, 18's divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets * Main draw (12's divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets w/ 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set * Singles draw format: Modified Feed-In Championship whereby the losers of the Round of 64 and Round of 32 are fed into a separate single elimination draw and the losers of the Round of 16 and quarterfinals are fed into another separate single elimination draw, and there is a playoff for 3rd place * Doubles draw format: USTA National Championship doubles draws shall be single elimination with a playoff for third and fourth place - all teams are required to play in the playoff

Practice courts will be available from 1:00-5:00 on Thanksgiving for $20/hour at Twos. On Thursday Twos will only take reservations at the top of each hour and only in 1 or 2 hour time blocks. Reservations can be made starting Monday Nov.12 at 419-241-2222. Practice courts will also be available at our second site, Shadow Valley, from 4-7pm on Thanksgiving Day. Reservations will be taken starting November 12 at 419-865-1141. Both sites will have practice courts available for play each day for $20/hour. Morning courts will be limited to 30 minutes to ensure all players get a court. Shadow Valley will have courts available throughout the day during the tournament for practice at $20/hour. All practice courts must be paid for when making the reservation.

Player Check In will be at Twos Athletic Club Friday Morning 45 minutes before the first match. Players will need to have a completed USTA Medical Waiver with a parent signature or legal guardian. If you do not complete this form, you will not be able to play until it is complete.

Please designate partners name when registering for the tournament. We cannot edit your registration to include doubles partner. You must do this before the deadline. If you choose a partner after selections are made then we can edit your entry to include your partners name as long as you notify us before Nov14.
Many of you have registered for doubles without a partner - please let us know if you are looking for a partner. The deadline for letting us know your partner of if you need a partner will be Wednesday Nov 14 at midnight.

Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12
Concurrent Entry Into Eddie Herr ITF and National Indoor ChampionshipsThe entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITF is Tuesday, October 23rd. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr is October 1st. Acceptance lists for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 1st entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships.
Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments (qualifying or main draw) must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament they would like to participate in by November 12th. Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 12th , or who apply for and receive wildcards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. Players may not participate in both events

TWOS ATHLETIC CLUB IS CLOSE TO BOTH THE TOLEDO (American Airlines) AND DETROIT AIRPORTS. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY HELP WITH TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

Will will start each day with one round of doubles at 8:30. Singles will follow.
Friday- 2 rounds Main draw singles, 1 round 64/32 consolation, 1 round doubles
Saturday - 2 rounds main draw Single, 2 rounds 64/32 consolation, 1 round 16/8 consolation, 1 round doubles
Sunday - 1 round main draw singles, 2 rounds 64/32 consolation, 2 round 16/8 consolation, 2 rounds doubles
Monday - 1 round main draw singles (Finals and 3/4 playoff), 1 round 64/32 consolation, 1 round 16/8 consolation, 1 round doubles (Finals and 3/4 playoff)

SHADOW VALLEY WILL BE USED AS BOTH A SECOND SITE AND A PRACTICE COURT SITE. THEY WILL HAVE PRACTICE COURTS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY FOR $20/HOUR. PLEASE CALL 419-865-1141 TO MAKE RESERVATIONS. PRACTICE COURTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT TWOS BEFORE PLAY EACH DAY FOR THE SAME PRICE - CALL 419-241-2222.

WE WILL BE USING THE WILSON USPTA BALL - PLAYERS WILL BE GIVEN THREE BALLS PER. MATCH
