Check-In / Player meeting
Player registration will be held Saturday, July 24 at Tipton Lakes Athletic Club from 2:00- 5:00pm. There will
be a MANDATORY player meeting Saturday at 5:00 pm following the registration for info,rules,etc. Players
that are unable to register that day must contact the tourn. director in advance for match information and
must check-in (1) hour prior to scheduled match time on Sunday or Monday first rounds.

Order of Play / Welcoming Party sign-up
Singles play will begin Sunday, July 25 at 8:30 am. Doubles play will begin at the conclusion of singles first
rounds that day. ENTRIES SIGN-UP for DOUBLES will close at 6:30 pm Saturday, July 24 after the players
meeting. Singles backdraw will begin Monday, 8:00 am. **daily match times will be changed if needed.
WELCOMING PARTY will be hosted Sunday, July 25 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Harrison Lake Country Club for
all players and families. PLEASE RSVP #s by July 20 as we are limited.

Directions to TLAC and area misc.
From Interstate 65, turn on 46 west at the Columbus exit and go to the first stop light. Turn left and TLAC
is located right there on corner. We are approximately 1 hour north of Louisville,Ky., 45 min. south of
Indianapolis, and 1 hour from Indianapolis Airport. Local hotels are located very close to TLAC off I-65.
All playing sites are approx. 10 min. or less from TLAC and eachother. DONNER PARK tennis courts
located downtown is our main site location. Malls,food,misc are all located close.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 10, 2004 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
