The tournament will be hosted at Gunderson High School, San Jose
and at the Castillero Middle High School in San Jose.

The G18 groupings and seeding were changed again to reflect more withdraws.
Please check again your schedule as it could have changed.

The alternates list are posted/updated for the two events (G14s and G18s) with an order number.
(The lowest numbered players will be considered first when we have withdraws. We would contact you).

Please read the USTA NorCal Zero Tolerance Policy before participating in our tournament.
This policy specifies what is expected from the players and the spectators, including when cheering is welcome and when it is not appropriate.

32 players will be accepted in each division (G18s and G14s).

The name of each event/draw starts with the abbreviation of the location where that event will be play (e.g. GHS for Gunderson High School).
Also, each match has the date/time followed by that same abbreviation for the site.
Please check that site and go there directly as USTA doesn't consider going to the wrong site as a valid excuse for lateness.

Parking is Available for Free.
Please know that on occasion there may be other school events that may affect parking space availability (swimming pool, soccer, ...).
Please expect the parking lot to be in much use so allocate enough time so find adequate parking and to not be late for your matches.

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING! When you register, be sure to provide your email address and cell phone number during the registration process. We do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at the time of the event registration.

This tournament is open to both residents and non-residents of USTA NorCal. USTA Membership is required. Players must meet the age eligibility requirements of the division entered. Any player under 19 years old may register for this tournament (except until the month they turn 19).

Please check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. Please come ready to play (this includes having your equipment, having visited the bathroom and having filled your water bottle, etc., before you check in). Players are expected to check and comply with all scheduling done by the Tournament Committee.

Pursuant to USTA Regulations, late entries shall be placed on the bottom of the alternate list in the order received. Late entries received at the same time will be ordered by lot. To submit a late entry, email the player’s name, USTA number, division of entry, email address and cell phone number to referee.

[1] PRIOR TO ENTRY DEADLINE:
Prior to entries closing, a player may withdraw and automatically receive a refund of your entry fee by clicking on the "Withdrawal" link that is in the Edit Registration box at the top right of this page.
[2] AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE:
As a courtesy to all players in this tournament who are being grouped based on ratings, players needing to withdraw are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Immediately contact the referee if you need to withdraw from the tournament after close of entries.

Singles Draws Format: players will be grouped by 8 in events with a Compass format with a playoff match with 3rd and 4th.
Singles Format: Best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets.
Scoring: Regular scoring shall be used

Any delays due to weather will be posted on the tournament homepage in a timely manner. If there is nothing posted there is no delay.

Awards will be presented to all 1st place finishers in each singles Round Robin.

Appropriate tennis attire is required at all times. Only shoes with non-marking soles are permitted.

Cell phone usage or any loud distraction is not permitted near the courts. Players will be penalized for parents violating that requirement.
We suggest that you bring a portable chair/s as there is no permanent seating around the outside perimeter of the courts.
