Practice Courts will be available Thursday from 8:00 am-Noon, Fri-Sun 6:00am-8:00am and Monday 7:00am-9:00AM. You may reserve 1 hour of Court time each day at no charge during these times. If you need additional time, the cost is $40 per hour. We reserve the right to have other kids hit on the court with you (limit 4 per court). To reserve a court: email Dianne at dheinold@weymouthclub.com
We will also have a hitting court available after 8:00am each day. This court will have a sign up sheet of 15 minute increments with 4 to the court and will be located in the lower bubble.

Draws will be posted on Wednesday. Play will begin on Friday 8AM.

Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval
At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12

Concurrent Entry Into Ediie Herr ITF and National Indoor Championships
The entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITFs is Tuesday, October 31st. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr was October 6th. Players selected for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 2nd entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships.
• Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by November 13th.
• Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 13th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament.

* Wild Card application Deadline: Tuesday, November 7th @ 5:00 PM Eastern

Doubles: 6-game set with 7-point tiebreak at 6-games all; no-ad scoring
Singles Consolations: Best of 3 tiebreak sets w/ 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set
Main draw Best of 3 tiebreak sets
Singles draw format: Modified Feed-In Championship whereby the losers of the Round of 64 and Round of 32 are fed into a separate single elimination draw and the losers of the Round of 16 and quarterfinals are fed into another separate single elimination draw, and there is a playoff for 3rd place
Doubles draw format: USTA National Championship doubles draws shall be single elimination with a playoff for third and fourth place - all teams are required to play in the playoff


Note: All players and teams are required to play in the Consolation and Playoff matches unless an injury or illness prevents them from doing so. Players must contact the tournament director accordingly.

The official ball for the USTA National Selection Tournament is the Wilson Hard Court Extra Duty Ball.

Check In Time is Friday, one hour prior to your first match. Please have your waiver form ready.
