Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12Concurrent Entry Into Ediie Herr ITF and National Indoor ChampionshipsThe entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITFs is Tuesday, October 31st. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr was October 6th. Players selected for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 2nd entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships. • Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by November 13th.• Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 13th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament.

Doubles (Due Fri., Nov. 17th - noon CT)
Doubles entries will be accepted until the deadline listed. Players may enter doubles by emailing ptcguy@yahoo.com. Both partners must email the TD to be entered. Players may also ask for a blind draw partner. Or you can have your name removed from the doubles list. Questions? Email Tournament Director.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 2, 2017 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
