If you played in this tournament, won at least one match and have entered the Midwest Closed in Tennis Link, you will be endorsed as an alternate.

This tournament will be a 64 play Feed-in consolation draw with a 32 draw single elimination doubles event. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

Any Wild Card request must be submitted to the Ohio Valley office before the Ohio Valley Midwest Qualifier entry deadline: June 5, 2016.

To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received.

Most matches will be held at the Parkersburg City Park Tennis Courts. Depending on draw size, some matches may also be held at the Erickson facility tennis courts. An alternate indoor site may be used due to inclement weather.

Sign up for doubles will close at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 11. If you registered for doubles on-line, you are required to confirm your doubles registration at the tournament desk on Saturday morning. more info

Players must report to either the City Park or Erickson tennis courts at least 20 minutes before their first match time where they will receive their T-shirts and draw sheets.

Outdoor matches will be played at BOTH the Parkersburg City Park tennis courts (1920 Park Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26101) and Erickson Tennis Facility (4601 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101). NOTE THE MATCH LOCATION ON THE DRAW SHEET AND FIRST MATCH TIMES - "CP" IS THE CITY PARK COURTS AND "ER" IS THE ERICKSON COURTS.

This section will be used for tournament match updates in case of inclement weather.
