Players may pick up shirts and schedule card and pay for the tournament if they still owe as an alternate or a CC rejected on Friday at the North Central Tennis House at the Main site from 4-7 pm Indianapolis time Friday 6/24.
Courts may not be available for practice on Friday at North Central HS due to the College Showcase on Friday at NC. Other sites may be available if public do not have the courts. Public has first priority on all school and public courts being used.

ON site alt will be taken from NC to fill last minute withdraws. Alts will not be called after about 7 pm Friday tonight.

The doubles draws will be 64 team single elimination draws. Doubles will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point Match Tiebreaker for the 3rd set.


The deadline to sign up for doubles is THURSDAY, JUNE 23 at NOON ET. If both players did not enter with their partner online before the singles deadline, BOTH players MUST email the Midwest Office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com with your team's names, gender, age division, and cell phone # to be entered into the doubles draw.


If you wish to be paired with a partner at random, please mention that in your email and we will put you on a list with other players who want to be paired in your age division.


Please do not contact the tournament director for entry into the doubles draws, as this will be handled solely by the Midwest Office.

32 players will be seeded in each singles draw. The top 16 seeds will be done using Universal Tennis Rating (UTR). The remaining 16 seeds will be based on the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standings list. more info

The Singles Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Doubles Draw will be played as best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

Day 1 Saturday 6/25 - Singles Main draw - rd of 128 and Doubles rd of 64 and 32.
Day 2 Sunday 6/26 - Singles Main draw - rd of 64 and first round of FIC and Doubles rd of 16 and quarters.
Day 3 Monday 6/27 - Singles Main draw - rd of 32 and two rounds of FIC and Doubles semifinal round..
Day 4 Tuesday 6/28 - Singles Main draw - rd of 16 and two rounds of FIC and Doubles final round..
Day 5 Wedesday 6/29 - Singles Main draw - quarters and semis and two rounds of FIC and Doubles if necessary.

Indianapolis has multiple events during the Closed. According to the hotel broker, that weekend/week is the biggest demand for hotel they have ever seen in Indy.
100,000 + people are looking for hotel rooms during the first weekend of the Closed. Those hotels on the North and East site of Indy, as well as throughout the city have been blocked for most of these events. If those blocks are released, there may be rooms available near the tournament site. Try to secure a room and cancel it if you can get a hotel closer to the MW main site.
