8:30 AM - CHECK-IN for Freshmen/Sophomores 9:00 AM - GUEST SPEAKER ERIC BUTORAC 9:45 AM - Coaches Panel Parent/Player Q&A 10:30 AM - Freshmen/Sophomores start to play Followed by JUNIORS at approximately noon Followed by SENIORS (about 2:00 PM) Lunch is served at 11:30 AM Coaches Tables will be available to visit from 10:00 AM until matches finish. A Complete schedule will be posted by Thursday evening.

COACHES FORUM for PARENTS and PLAYERS - 9:00 AM
Coaching Panel: MAS is honored to have ERIC BUTORAC as our guest speaker. Eric spoke to
players at the 2013 Showcase. After a year's absence, he returns to
share his wisdom and advice with Showcase players. Don't miss this
opportunity to hear him speak! Eric "Booty" Butorac is an American
tennis player. He is a doubles specialist, and has achieved success
being the No. 3 ranked American doubles player for the bulk of the past
six years. Eric attended Ball State, but transferred to Gustavus
Adolphus College, a DIII School, after his first year. His experience
in college and on the pro circuit is an invaluable lesson for upcoming
collegiate prospects. Meet STEPHEN CURTIS: Head Coach for George Mason University, a DI School Curtis is in his eleventh season as Mason's Head Coach of Women's Tennis. He has established a winning program, notching a
school-record 21 matches in the 2009-10 season and having at least
double-digits win seasons seven of his ten years. Curtis' teams have excelled in the classroom as well. The program under Curtis have distinguished itself nationally by posting the highest scores possibly for the Academic Progress Rates as determined by the NCAA. Curtis also serves as the head tennis professional at Springfield Golf and Country Club, where he has been since 1996. He directs the junior tennis program, has coached sectional ranked junior players and instructs adults of all levels. He is certified by the United States Professional Tennis Registry (USPTR) and United States Racquet Stringers Association (USRSA) and serves on the National Babolat Pro Team. Welcome Ebonye Jones to the panel. Entering her 5th season as
Women’s Assistant Tennis Coach at Trinity Washington University in the
District of Columbia, Ebonye is a former NCAA division II stand out at
Albany State University (GA). She is a USPTR teaching professional.
Currently, Ebonye serves as a Youth Programs Coordinator for the United
States Tennis Association Mid-Atlantic Section. Jacob Walker is a senior at Sidwell Friends School in
Washington, D.C. He has committed to play for Coach Bryan Koniecko at
Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island next year. Jacob has lived his whole junior tennis career in the Mid-Atlantic section. He has always trained at the Four Star Tennis Academy, and is currently working with coach Steve Miguel. He reached a career high #16 in the national rankings for 16 and under players and has been top 5 for singles and #1 in doubles in mid-atlantic rankings for every age group. In his sophomore year, the Washington Post named Jacob to its First Team honors, and last year he was selected as Player of the Year. Jacob is continuing to play junior events but is also beginning to play more men's tournaments in preparation for college tennis.

For High School Seniors, Juniors and college prospects. College
coaches from Mid-Atlantic and nearby States are invited to view our
players in competitive matches, followed by senior visitations.
Juniors and younger players may complete the player profile, which
will be given to all coaches. They may visit the tables to gather
information on schools but will not be allowed to visit with the
coaches. All players will receive college packets.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 9, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
