TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN INFORMATION

T-shirts will be given to all players at check-in. Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled match time. Check-in will be on the left side of the road. A parent must sign a CORTA medical release or you will not be allowed to play. You may download the release from the "more information" link. more info

Weather Refund / Withdrawal Policy

If there are weather issues and none of the matches are played you will receive a 50% credit toward a future CORTA tournament. This credit is to be used within 1 year. If there are weather issues and you only play one match, then you will receive a 25% credit (to be used within 1 year) toward a future CORTA sponsored tournament. To enter a future tournament, email the tournament director before the deadline and mention the credit.
Please keep in mind that tournaments have expenses such as trophies, t-shirts, balls, referees, and other fixed costs. The Tennislink portion of the entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with the USTA policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Withdrawal Policy Refunds
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. Before the entry deadline, withdraw online. After the entry deadline, withdraw via email to cissy@corta.org stating the reason for the withdraw.

GEORGIA LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENT
SATELLITE - Open to all players regardless of ranking. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4 & 5 tournaments. Boys/Girls 10 & Under divisions will be played on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket, and use low compression balls.
SCORING FORMAT: 10U - Short Sets: 4-games no-ad sets with sudden death (1 game) at 4-games all and a seven (7) point "match" tie-break played in lieu of a third set. 12U-18U - Two out of three sets with a 10 point match tiebreak being played in lieu of a 3rd set. Full Feed in Consolation Through QF
PLAYING SITE: BG (18-10)s will be played on Clay Courts at Cooper Creek Tennis Center.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, January 5, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
