tournament check-in, players will receive important tournament
information, copies of the singles draws, tournament gifts, a special
T-shirt and other “goodies," as well as confirm contact information and
turn in player release forms. Checking in for the Tournament to receive player information is NOT checking in for your match.

checking in for the tournament, and turn it in at tournament check in. See link.

in. - Players who sign in as on OSA, but who are not on the original
ordered Alternate list, and who have not previously requested to be a
Late Entrant, will be ordered by lot and placed as a Late Entrant. - If

If the Referee is not available, the withdrawing player must speak with the Tournament Director. Messages may
NOT be left with the customer service staff or other tournament staff. - Walkovers: Players who play a
match (or matches), but who cannot continue in the tournament due to
illness, injury or emergency must speak with the Referee. Messages may
NOT be left with the customer service staff or other tournament staff.
Walkovers must be followed up in writing via email to
atc@arlingtontx.gov. - See USTA's Junior Competition Information for more details: http://www.usta.com/Youth-Tennis/Junior-Competition/WithdrawalsEntryFeeRefunds/

REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS
If you have been accepted into a Regional Tournament, and you are an alternate for this National Selection Tournament, please email atc@arlingtontx.gov to let us know. We need to remove your name from our Alternate list. As a reminder, if you have committed to play in a Regional tournament, you cannot withdraw to play in a National Selection Tournament.
