Entry to all singles events must be completed online with the deadline being extended to NOON on Sunday, July 26, 2015.
Doubles entries will be accepted online until NOON on Sunday the 26th. After that, entries must be made through the tournament director. They will be accepted until NOON on Thursday, July 30. Send name, USTA number, partner's name and number, along with division to wheelingoglebaytennisclub@gmail.com or call Debbie Pickens at 304-639-4434.

With the NTRP 4 team playoffs scheduled for Saturday, July 31, the tournament referee has approved the playing of the 4.0 divisions on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. We hope this will enable you to participate in the Bordas and Bordas West Virginia Open. Please be sure to notify the tournament director if you are involved in these playoffs.

NOTE: Doubles entry fees have been LOWERED this year to encourage participation.
If you wish to enter a doubles event and need a partner, please email your name and division to wheelingoglebaytennisclub@gmail.com. A list is being compiled of those seeking partners. We will attempt to create as many teams as possible with available players.

Bordas and Bordas, Attorneys PLLC, are the major sponsor of the 2015 WV Open. Their generous donation of $5000 prize money will be awarded based on full draws in the men's and women's singles and doubles open events as well as the mixed open doubles. Prize money distribution is listed in a separate message.

Suite-style rooms are available at West Liberty University, located 5 miles from the tournament site at Oglebay Park. Rooms are $20 per night for individual or $15 each for double occupance; you will need to provide your linens. Make reservations by contacting Marcella Snyder at 304-336-8358 or at msnyder@westliberty.edu. Reservations must be made by June 23; this is priot to the tournament deadline. The university is hosting camps at the same time as our event, so you need to make the reservation ASAP. Payment must be made by check or money order - NO cash or credit cards.

Based on full draw of 16 - total $1150 with $750 for winner; $250 for finalist; $75 each for semi-finalists
Based on full draw of 32 - total $1750 with $1000 for winner; $500 for finalist; $125 each for semi-finalists
Based on full draw of 64+ - total $2500 with $1500 for winner; $750 for finalist; $125 each for semi-finalists
Men's, Women's, and Mixed Open Doubles
Based on draw of 16+ - total $400 per event; $150 for each winner; $50 for each finalist

Complimentary Water and Sports Drinks will be provided to all players. You will need a beverage container to fill. This year's social event will be on Friday evening. The event is free to all players and their guests.
