DRAW & SCHEDULE INFORMATION
The selections will be made for this tournament Tuesday after the deadline. I hope to have the draws posted online by Tuesday evening. However, they will be posted no later than Wednesday at noon. My preference would be to play the tournament on Saturday and Sunday only. However, if the draw sizes or the weather forecasts causes me to schedule matches on Friday, they will not begin before 5 pm.

DOUBLES INFORMATION
If you have any desire to play doubles, you must register by the Tuesday noon deadline for doubles. Any player who does not register online for doubles will not be allowed in the draw regardless of whether or not their partner registered for doubles. If you do not have a partner at the time you register, you may email me later with the partner's name. If you end up not having a partner, I will try to find another player in a similar situation to pair you with. Reminder: Doubles must be played in the same age divisions as your singles. These are both new rules for 2015 so please make sure you register appropriately.

NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS TOURNAMENT.

WITHDRAWS AND REFUNDS
Before the Entry Deadline: Needs to be done through the online registration process. Click on the "Withdraw" link in the Edit Registration box to the left to complete. Your credit card will not be charged. Click on the "Locate Confirmation No" link if you have misplaced the confirmation number. There will be no refunds after the deadline.

This is a level 4 Missouri Valley designated tournament.

SCORING
Scoring for singles is two out of three sets with a 10-point match tiebreak played in lieu of the 3rd set, regular scoring. Doubles is an 8-game pro set with a 7-point tiebreak at 8-all, regular scoring.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, April 28, 2015 11:59:00 AM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
