PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRAWS--They MAY HAVE CHANGED
Dear Parents and Juniors...Please check your draw times often. With the convenience of online availability to us as tournament directors and to you as participants the draws change to benefit the compaction of certain times in the day. Last night we had multiple withdrawals that left open courts at 8 am. Many of them were moved forward and played without incident, we tried to be accommodating to those who might have been stuck in an unforeseen dead traffic stop on 121, and even others who might be stuck starting a match at 8 pm by themselves...we do what we can with the information we have and we appreciate your patience.
THE DRAW HAS CHANGED as of 6:30 pm and you need to check the draws tonight and tomorrow morning. Thank you for understanding our goal of keeping the draw as condensed and on time as possible for an efficient and fun event for all parties

DRAWS POSTED--7 PM--PLEASE CHECK AGAIN IN THE AM
ALL DRAWS were effected by withdrawls and some matches were pushed forward in the day. This is the OFFICIAL POSTING of the times for the tournament. Any times changed after NOW 7PM on Friday night will only be w/d and times will be later in the day, HOWEVER you do need to check tonight an again tomorrow morning for Time changes. Draws Posted--Check AGAIN after 5 pm Friday/Sat morn
Hey Everyone,
We look forward to having you to the Eldorado DPTA CH/S Tourney this weekend. The weather looks amazing and the tennis should be as well. Please DOUBLE CHECK THE DRAWS FRIDAY AFTER 5 PM and SATURDAY MORNING before you leave for any changes due to WITHDRAWALS. If you have withdrawn and sent me an email please do not worry...you are and it will post FRIDAY AFTER 5 PM. It is easier to make sure people know 1 time to check it rather than many.

The Draws will be posted at 5 pm on Wednesday March 25th. We had 3 draws re-made after 8 pm due to players needing to be moved. i apologize for the inconveince, but these players would have made mistakes in the draw later on. Thank you.

_TEXAS JUNIOR POINTS: Super Champs- Tier 5 Standing points;
Champs-Level 2 Ranking points.
This tournament provides no qualifying points for ZAT players, only
ranking points (not qualifying points) for Champ players and
standing points for Super Champ players.
REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match playing
site 30 minutes prior to start of match.
SPECIAL NOTES: Events with fewer than 4 entries may be
combined. No refunds after deadline or for weather-related
cancellations.,br>ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for
qualified Texas resident junior players and approved out-of-section
players ONLY. Out-of-Section applications must be submitted to the
Section office 2 weeks prior to the entry deadline.

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, March 22, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
