Sorry everyone-We were hoping the weather forecast would be wrong, but it has started raining again and it doesn't appear it will stop for awhile. With the humidity so high, the courts will not be dry any time soon. We thank you for your patience, and look forward to seeing you at the next tournament.

Well the squeegees were out and the courts were drying when the rain came again. Courts arewet again. We don't think they will be dry before 3pm. So the 12 pm matches need to report at 3:00pm, the 1:00pm matches report at 4:00pm and the 2:00pm matches report at 5:00pm. We will update again at 1:15 or so.

Courts are still wet. We will not play any matches before 1:00pm. Another update in 1 hour. Add 1 hour to the posted match times.

The new match times are now posted on the draws. As noted earlier--ALL MAIN DRAW FINALS AND GIRLS 14'S AND 12'S 3/4 PLAYOFFS WILL PLAY AT 12:00PM. We will be playing short sets no-ad scoring for the remainder of the tournament. The next weather update will be at 10:00am. The consolation finals are not scheduled. That doesn't mean we can't play them, but we will see how the day progresses. Thank you for your patience during this time.

The courts are are soaked. We are optimistic about starting play at 12:00pm. ALL MAIN FINALS and Girls 12 and 14's 3/4 playoff will be playing at 12:00pm. I will be updating all of the other times on the draw shortly. Next Weather update will be at 10:00am

All draw times are being redone. I will be removing the draws and redoing the times. We are changing the scoring format to Short set, no-ad scoring. Everyone must check their new times once the draws are reposted. I will send out a message when I repost the draw. We are also going to be giving another weather update in the next few minutes. Please read the messages carefully. The USTA APP is not always timely in reporting updates, so check the website and not the APP.

We are in a 2 hour delay. The next update will be at 8:00am. Add 2 hours to your posted match time.

Match times for Friday and Saturday are now posted. Sunday match times will not be posted until Saturday afternoon. There are ALTA playoffs at the facility and we won't know court availability unitl Saturday afternoon.

WE WILL BE STARTING MATCHES ON FRIDAY, NOT BEFORE 6PM. EMAIL THE DIRECTOR AND REFEREE WITH ANY SPECIAL SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOU.

If you zero(0) matches due to inclement weather you will receive a $30 credit to future CTC tournament. No refunds for withdrawing after the deadline.

Late entries will be considered if it does not affect seeding and there are openings in the draw until Tuesday @ 8p. Draws and scheduling will be done then, no late entries after that time. Late entrants will be charged a significant late fee($15) above the normal entry fee.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
