Domicile Rules
The Northern Michigan Tennis Association Qualifier is open to PERMANENT RESIDENTS only. Entrant must be a legal resident of one of the counties within our district. You can find a listing of our counties online, www.northernmichigantennis.usta.com under the About us tab. This tournament will be played at TC Central High School Courts.
IMPORTANT ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: NEW PLAYERS TO THE NMTA DISTRICT QUALIFIER MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
PROOF OF RESIDENCY: A copy of the entrant's report card* must be sent and received at the USTA-Northern Michigan District Office by Sunday May 25th, 2014. *For electronic report cards that do not bear the school's name and address, you may ask your school's counseling office to prepare a letter of Student Attendance at the school. For home schooled entrants, please complete "Midwest Declaration of Domicile Form.
The USTA/NMI District and Junior Committee may request any documents reasonably believed to be necessary in the determination of a player's eligibility. The player has the burden of proof.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 1, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
