***SCHEDULE OF PLAY***
Please do not contact tournament staff regarding scheduling requests for the weekend. To comply with USTA policies, we are required to accept all timely entrants into an event and to complete the event within the dates listed. In the rare case of extremely large draw sizes and a finite number of days to complete the event, we may be forced to schedule Friday daytime play. When Friday match times are necessary, we do all we can to avoid work and school conflicts to ensure an excellent tournament experience, but tournament staff cannot accommodate scheduling requests.

SPECTATOR POLICY No other sport allows umpire/official/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a sports event. TENNIS IS NOT AN EXCEPTION. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition, at any time, a parent, friend or coach is merely a spectator. Coaching, interjection into a match, audible obscenities, physical confrontation or verbal confrontation deemed to be threatening or disruptive by a coach, spectator, friend or parent is unacceptable in USTA Northern and will not be tolerated.
