Please email christi@lakestennis.com if you need to withdraw. Please state name, division playing and reason for not playing.

FORMAT AND RULES
All USTA rules will apply to this tournament--including penalties for being late, bad sportsmanship, and coaching.
Draws, sites, and start times will be posted Tuesday July 22, Format will be 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, 10 pt tiebreak for 3rd set.
Please check and double check your first round location and match time late Friday evening and before you leave Saturday morning to see if there have been any changes to your schedule.
On Saturday, please check in 30 minutes before your first round match time and at least 15 minutes before all other matches.
When you check in be ready to give your site director a cell phone number where you can be reached .
Once you have checked in do not leave the tournament desk area.
Penalties will apply if you check in, leave the desk area, and your match is called.
There will be a timed 5 minute warm-up before each match.

Clubhouse does not open until 8am on Saturday and noon on sunday, so if you arrive between 7-8 am to warm up, please park at top left of parking lot and enter side gate.
