MATCH PLAY
The level 5 one-day shootout is an entry level event for those within their first year of competition, or have not played events before. This event includes a Boys' 10U Round Robin draw and a Girls' 10U Round Robin draw.

AWARDS
All players in this event will receive a tournament competition bag including a T-Shirt and participation award. The overall winner of the Boys' and Girls' draws, respectively, will take home a champion's award.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
At your first check-in to the tournament desk, all parents/guardians must fill out a USTA Medical Release Form. Blank copies to fill out will be available at the tournament desk.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 17, 2014 9:30:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
