Southwest Section Dress Code
All players are required to wear appropriate tennis attire. Cut-off shorts, bare midriffs, compression shorts & tight (alone), or any other attire that is simply recreational and not tennis oriented is not acceptable .

Parent/Player Contact Info
Tournament directors do not have access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information at time of even registration. This means that if a player does not enter their phone number and email address each time they register for a tournament, the tournament director will not be able to contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, ect. Your cooperation will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary information to you. Thank you

Overrule Policy
ONCE A PLAYER HAS BEEN OVERRULED A SECOND TIME, THEY WILL BE CAUTIONED THAT AFTER ANOTHER OVERRULE THEY WILL BE PENALIZED FOR UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT UNDER THE POINT PENALTY SYSTEM.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 14, 2014 11:59:00 PM Arizona Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
