All Doubles matches for Sunday will all be scheduled at North Central HS after singles.

The only playing site - 28 courts at the "Barbara S. Wynne Tennis Center" at North Central High School; 1805 E. 86th Street; Indianapolis, IN 46240.

* Seedable players are not eligible to be alternates or late entries.

* Late entries MAY be added into a bye slot if time is available and all on-time entries have been selected.
Those players who are not selected to play will be placed on an alternate list that will be used to fill spots if there are withdrawals from the tournament.

* Scoring format - Doubles and Singles Main Draw AND FIC Singles - regular scoring with the first two sets as tiebreak sets and a match tiebreak (10 point) instead of a third set. A three minute break with coaching is authorized after spit sets.

Mixed Doubles will play an 8 game pro-set with No-Ad scoring.

* 3 Wilson US Open HD tennis balls will be used for all matches

*SEEDING AND SELECTON OF PLAYERS.

Seeding for All Singles Events: Players will be seeded based on the most current
USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of the event.
SELECTION OF PLAYERS:
Limit 64 singles players in the draw for B 18, B 16, G 16, G18:


1. Eight (8) players from the top 100 of
the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in next lower division;


2. 56 players from the most current USTA/Midwest
Section Standing List in the current age division of the event;





Remaining vacancies and/or alternates
will be selected from the USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of
the event.

Order of Play(weather permitting):
(Two rounds of Main draw and one round of the Feed-In Consolation and at least one round of doubles play on the first day of play),
( Two rounds of Main draw and two rounds of the Feed-In Consolation plus one or two rounds of doubles play on day 2)
(Two rounds of Main draw and two rounds of the Feed-In Consolation plus one or two rounds of doubles play on day 3)
The tournament may not play out the consolation draw to completion depending on weather and other delays.

All players should check in at their assigned site at least 20 minutes before your 1st scheduled match.

Do not enter as a doubles team if you are not in contact with your requested partner.


BOTH PLAYERS MUST ENTER WITH THEIR PARTNER SPECIFIED.

DOUBLES ENTRIES, IF NOT DONE ON LINE WITH A PARTNER'S USTA# SPECIFIED, MUST BE EMAILED TO: swakefield.indy@comcast.net before midnight July 6, 2015. Doubles draws are limited to 32 teams per division. Only MAIN DRAW selected singles players WITH ANOTHER MAIN DRAW SELECTED SINGLES PLAYER IN THE SAME AGE DIVISION, are guarenteed a spot in their age division doubles. Players WILL NOT BE SELECTED TO PLAY IN A DIFFERENT AGE DIVISION THAN THEIR SINGLES DIVISION UNLESS DRAWS IN THAT AGE DIVISON ARE NOT FULL, and may not be selected to play any doubles. Due to privacy rules the tournament will not be the go-between players for doubles entries. YOU MAY E-MAIL ME THAT YOU WISH TO BE "ASSIGNED A PARTNER IF ONE IS AVAILABLE IN THE B/G DIVISION". If you choose this option, you must play with that assigned partner or face suspension points.
