ALL WHITE DRESS CODE at THE WEST SIDE TENNIS CLUB
The West Side Tennis Club has an ALL WHITE DRESS CODE. This includes hats, shoes, warm-ups and all accessories and outerwear. This applies to anyone on court with the exception of officials and grounds crew.

$6,000 in TOTAL PRIZE MONEY
Men's & Women's Singles Winners receive: $1,000, Finalists: $500. Men's & Women's Doubles Winners receive: Winners receive $1,000 per team, Finalists: $500 per team.

PLAYER SELECTION
Singles players will be selected from applicants based on (in order) 1) Current ATP or WTA Ranking 1a)- Former ATP or WTA Rankings 2) USTA Open National Rankings (Junior Rankings considered) 3) Sectional Ranking 4) 6 Wild Cards (3 from qualifying events) Doubles teams will be selected from applicants based on (in order) 1) Highest combined ATP or WTA Ranking 1a)- Former ATP or WTA Rankings 2) Highest combined USTA National Ranking 3) Highest combined USTA Junior Ranking 4) 2 Wild Cards. IT IS THE PLAYERS' RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL ALL PERTINENT RANKINGS (WITH DATES), SELECTION & SEEDING INFORMATION TO: tennisdirector@foresthillstennis.com BEFORE THE ENTRY DEADLINE. ENTRY DEADLINE is 6/23/2013 @ 10pm.
Players will be “selected” based on Current and Former ATP/WTA Rankings. Current and former ITF,ITA, and National Rankings and “All Factors” . Due to the fact that this is not a Sanctioned or ATP/WTA event, selection will be determined by the Tournament Committee. Thursday, July 4th at 5pm. Player party is free to players in the tournament. Player guests will be charged $60 per person. MUST RSVP by Sunday, June 30 to Bob Ingersole at: tennisdirector@foresthillstennis.com

IMPORTANT Parking Information:
Players are invited to park in the lot next to the Stadium on 69th Avenue. Please be sure NOT to park on the private streets surrounding the Club. Cars parked on the private streets will be booted. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS CAREFULLY!!

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 23, 2013 10:00:00 PM Eastern Time.
